1.   How would you describe EAG?

EAG embraces a positive culture and encouraging atmosphere. The leadership team is always forward looking, promotes employee growth, and operates in a fast-paced setting.

2.   What’s been one of your proudest moments working at EAG?

One of my proudest moments is being at the forefront of a growing organization and given the ability to build an extraordinary Regulatory Team.

3.   What advice do you have for prospective candidates that want to join EAG?

You will notice from day one everyone is friendly and upbeat. It is fast paced environment that is extremely rewarding. Hard work and dedication never go unnoticed or unrewarded.

4.   What’s one thing – either industry-related or not – you learned in the last month?

I learned over the past month not to become too comfortable; the world around you is constantly changing. You always need to be willing to learn new skills, grow your knowledge base and adapt to change.

5.   What do you like to do in your free time? Any favorite places you like to visit?

I love to embroider or do sublimation when time permits. My favorite place to go is Cambridge, England where most of my family lives.

6.   Tell us something that might surprise us about you.

I am originally from Cambridge, England, however, no one would ever know from my accent. The other surprise is I also have a 13-year-old very spoiled pet squirrel named Steven.

7.   How do you balance your career with other priorities?

Working from home has its advantages. It provides me with more flexibility, and time to meditate and exercise since I’m not spending time commuting.

8.   Who or what inspires you and why?

Where do I start, I have known many people who’ve inspired me at various times in my life. Most memorable is when I started in the industry as an Admin to Mr. Montalvo. He recognized my abilities, and his mentoring and support provided me with the guidance and inspiration to grow not only as an individual but also in my career. Another person is Mrs. Daly, another one of my previous supervisors. One day, she noticed I was extremely upset about an organizational announcement. She took me aside to have a hearttoheart conversation with me that I will always remember. She was honest, and the words she spoke to me that day have always stayed with me. Not only do these folks inspire me, they motivate me to continue being the best person I can be.

9.   Your life motto?

This is a quote I wrote during a tough time in my life:
“At times, the unknown future outweighs the present”
– T. Hebert

10.  What’s your superpower? (What are you confident in knowing that you’re good at)

To be honest I do not think I have a superpower. I take pride in my work, work hard, and try every day to be the best version of myself. I can also make wine disappear.
