1. How would you describe EAG?

The best place to work! EAG provides consulting and outsourcing for oil and gas companies. I enjoy working at EAG and being a part of the team! Our company is very diverse and we have a great culture. Everyone is fun, energetic, and we all work very well together as a team! There are also a lot of opportunities for growth.

2. What’s been one of your proudest moments working at EAG?

Every time we complete implementations for clients, I feel like celebrating! I love problem solving and figuring things out. I enjoy helping others and working as a team. I am most proud of developing my team and providing guidance, support, and opportunities.

3. What advice do you have for prospective candidates that want to join EAG?

Be prepared to stay busy! EAG is a very fast-paced environment. Those who are organized, can prioritize their time, and multitask would be a great fit for EAG. EAG also utilizes technology and embraces process improvements – being tech savvy is almost a requirement!

4. What’s one thing – either industry-related or not – you learned in the last month?

During the Thanksgiving break, my family wanted apple pie. We actually decided to bake one instead of buy one. We had fun baking as family and it tasted yummy!

5. What do you like to do in your free time? Any favorite places you like to visit?

On my free time I like to spend time with my hubby, kids and puppies. My youngest plays basketball and I never miss a game! My parents and sister live in NYC and we love visiting them over spring break and in the summer.

6. Tell us something that might surprise us about you.

I love music. Growing up, my dad taught me how to play the piano. I would play the piano, my dad would play the guitar, and my sister would sing during the holidays.

7. How do you balance your career with other priorities?

Time management is the key to success. I am well organized and prioritize my tasks. I try to get ahead and work on what I can as soon as I can. I also try and stay focused and refrain from panicking!  Work life balance is important, and leadership at EAG supports a work life balance. The compressed work schedule and opportunity to work remote gives me more time to spend with family.

8. Who or what inspires you and why?

My dad has taught me all that I know. He is the voice in my head telling me what’s right. I am inspired by his commitment to family and his ambition to grow with his career.

9. What is your life motto or favorite quote?

It’s okay to make mistakes, just learn from them. No one is perfect, and mistakes are an opportunity to learn and develop!

10. What’s your superpower? (What are you confident in knowing that you’re good at)

I’m an Enertia Super User or Enertia Subject Matter Expert (SME)! I started my career as a Revenue Accountant using Enertia. I then moved to the projects and process improvements team since I quickly became an SME of the software. I than got snatched by IT and became a system administrator and provided support. Now I am back in Revenue using Enertia!
