1). How would you describe EAG?

EAG is an innovative, technological forward company that specializes in consulting and outsourcing. It is made up of leaders in their respective functional areas that leverage their previous experiences to provide reliable guidance and accurate reporting, without the learning curve. EAG is a melting pot of employees coming from different backgrounds and career experiences that work together to solve any issues clients face.

2). What’s been one of your proudest moments working at EAG?

I love the fact that EAG has a finger on the pulse of socioeconomic factors and isn’t afraid to evolve. All sides of EAG’s business has not only survived but thrived during a pandemic and global industry challenges. In addition to business focus, EAG has also evolved the employee culture by offering remote work and compressed schedules to improve work life balance.

3). What advice do you have for prospective candidates that want to join EAG?

EAG’s work cycles are vastly different than working in the industry. In order to succeed here at EAG, you must be an organized individual who can prioritize tasks and stay focused. Whether work related or personal, I would advise everyone to force themselves to step outside of their comfort zone, as that’s where growth really occurs!

4). What’s one thing – either industry-related or not – you learned in the last month?

In the last month, I learned about forced pulling in certain areas that require partners to be cash called to elect into the wells. One of the great aspects of EAG is the ability to work on clients in different basins that all have different regulations regarding the operations!

5). What do you like to do in your free time? Any favorite places you like to visit?

I enjoy spending time with my wife and growing family. As a family, we will always pick a beach for vacation! Outside of family activities, I love working out, playing soccer and golf.

6). Tell us something that might surprise us about you.

Growing up my passion has always been playing soccer. I was blessed to be able to play through the collegiate level and semi-professional level as well. My entire life has been based around a team environment and those lessons have transitioned exceptionally well into my career!

7). How do you balance your career with other priorities?

I’m not always the best at balancing work with personal life, but it’s a very important aspect that I need to improve. EAG has recently rolled out compressed schedules which allows a greater work-life balance. I also try to set boundaries to prevent working on weekends and will sacrifice working long hours during the week when important deadlines are needed to be met.

8). Who or what inspires you and why?

I would say that I find inspiration in those who don’t forget where they came from and always carry themselves in a humble manner. Having coworkers and mentors surrounding you who understand where you currently are, help you create an excellent work environment!

9). What is your life motto or favorite quote?

Each failure in life isn’t a failure, it is an opportunity to learn from and grow.

10). What’s your superpower? (What are you confident in knowing that you’re good at)

I wouldn’t say I have any superpowers. I’m just another person taking things one day at a time!
