1.   How would you describe EAG?

EAG is a well-oiled consulting and outsourcing machine that attracts hardworking, intelligent, and innovative individuals.

2.   What’s been one of your proudest moments working at EAG?

One of my proudest moments has been automating a rigorous manual process for allocating deducts and getting them into the system. The client was so impressed they called my work “Magical”! It’s incredibly satisfying to be able to simplify someone’s day to day.

3.   What advice do you have for prospective candidates that want to join EAG?

Prospective candidates should be prepared to work hard, check their ego at the door, and bring their “A” game.

4.   What’s one thing – either industry-related or not – you learned in the last month?

I learned how to prepare a delicious kale summer salad, recreating my favorite Avocado Super Salad at Mendocino Farms.

5.   What do you like to do in your free time? Any favorite places you like to visit?

In my free time, I love to travel and spend time with friends, family, and my dog. My ideal places to visit are near any body of water.

6.   Tell us something that might surprise us about you.

This Texan is a pretty good snow skier, if I do say so myself. I have been to Colorado and Utah but would love to ski in other states or even other countries!

7.   How do you balance your career with other priorities?

I make the time for the things that are important in my life outside of my career like family, friends, and myself. I find that the key to this is creating healthy and mindful habits with the people I love. The quality of an experience is just as important as the quantity, so I make a conscious effort to always remain present in a moment.

8.   Who or what inspires you and why?

My mother; she’s extremely respected in and out of the office and helped raise three girls with my father.

9.   Your life motto?

I have two! “Only you can make yourself happy,” and “Tomorrow is another day.”

10.  What’s your superpower? (What are you confident in knowing that you’re good at)

I’m surprisingly good at trivia and remembering bizarre facts that no one cares about!
