As the Vice President of Major Accounts, Lauren is responsible for leading and deploying new, and innovative methodologies, technologies, and solutions to our clients. Her team builds and delivers modern, user-friendly reports so that client leadership teams can make real-time decisions, and optimizes processes by leveraging Automation and Artificial Intelligence which ultimately brings greater efficiency and success to our clients.
Experience Prior To EAG
Prior to joining EAG, Lauren worked for Accenture leading the Design, Development and Deployment of custom Energy solutions. She also worked as a Solutions Architect, Data Quality Consultant, and Data Governance Lead at various companies in the industry. Her clients include ConocoPhillips, BASF, BP, Shell and Terra Energy Partners, as well as several midstream companies.
Background
Lauren Gayle is the Vice President of Major Accounts at EAG, and has been a part of the EAG team since 2015. She brings 10+ years of consulting experience to EAG, and has worked globally with energy and chemical clients focusing on Business Strategy, Process Design, Data Management, Change and Communications, Software Implementation, and Business Governance. Lauren holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Houston.

Lauren enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures, trying new food, and spending time with her husband and kids. She also loves to bike and enjoys being outdoors!
