As the Director of Human Resources, Cheryl is responsible for leading the Human Resources team, managing and executing all payroll and benefits activities, driving recruiting and retention, supporting corporate wide training initiatives, and running the performance management process. She supports corporate-wide goals across the EAG Enterprise – “My clients are our employees”.
Cheryl Oliver is the Director, Human Resources at EAG Inc. and has been a part of EAG since 2010. She began her career at EAG managing the recruiting process while also supporting internal operations in a variety of ways, including internal projects, event planning, employee retention and onboarding activities. Cheryl started leading the Human Resources department in 2019. She holds a Bachelor in Management Information Systems from Baylor University.
Prior to joining EAG, Cheryl spent seven years working as a consultant and project manager at Accenture. This client-facing role included multiple System Implementation, Custom Development and Offshore/Outsourcing projects for global clients within the oil and gas industry.
Cheryl enjoys spending time with her husband and three boys – most weekends she can be found on the sidelines of a baseball or soccer game. Her ideal vacation is lounging on a beach with a good book and no set schedule.
