As the Vice President of Strategy & Operations, Amanda ensures process excellence across the organization, with a focus on the back-office outsourcing Land Administration function. She creates, supports, and deploys processes that drive client and employee satisfaction, reinforces the EAG Culture, and ensures the business runs smoothly and efficiently. Amanda has participated in all areas of the EAG business over the years; from Finance, HR, and IT, to new office buildouts and corporate strategy and planning.
Amanda Thibodaux is a VP, Strategy & Operations at EAG with 25+ years of client-facing and consulting experience. Amanda has been a part of EAG since 2008 and understands what is required to run the business and support the service lines. She holds a Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University in College Station.
Prior to joining EAG, Amanda spent 10 years in the automotive industry as a consultant and project lead for the Reynolds and Reynolds Company. Amanda also supported consulting projects with companies such as ConocoPhillips, Pioneer Natural Resources and QEP Resources.
Spending time with her family and socializing with friends are her number one priority. Her hobbies include watching and attending sporting events, traveling, cooking, and home DIY projects.
